You should hire yourself out @Crash Heligod . It would be easy money for you. It would also keep you occupied and out of our hair.

I almost considered this opportunity @Beaver, money is allways a motivator. But seeing the expression on bewildered heli pilots faces as their most valued treasure plummets towards earth is something that money just cant buy! Its priceless!..

Hey what a cool idea @simon. Think of this ... a parrot drone with a small linux based motherboard and high powered wireless card attached. Now consider running wireshark or someother penetration testing security software, decoding the encryption and taking control. With this you could hack most brands (with further research of cousre) of wireless drones. But for a serious application (and i would not advocate this for one second) imagine flying up to some really expensive drone - you do the research and find out what hardware they are using and figure a method for control hack the binding key (there are only somany thousand combinations) and copy the binding (you would probably have to equip several different recievers) and control. I think this would be entirely possible! Given that some drones are equiped with hundreds of thousands of dolllars worth of equipment, i would not be surprised if someone does this oneday soon. And without knowing too much i believe the military would be doing this all the time - ie taking control of enemy drones.

Drones aren't any different from any other technology (cell phones, etc), for whatever technology there is- there is a way to hack it. Maybe a hand-held or drone mounted focused jamming beacon of some kind would work. (Something similar to a radar gun)
@Crash Heligod- if you won't consider professional drone crashing, then as per rumors I've heard: you might consider pursuing a career as a lingerie model or something similarly suited to your alleged personal preference in undergarments. Change can be good for the soul sometimes. ........... Shiz. I forgot. You don't have one. :p

I think they used the Pineapple.

You don't need to take control, just feed in an erroneous video signal (ie a picture of crash_god). My guess is with no video feed the operator is going to be in the hurt locker

Sure was.... I gotta tellya by the time i hit 26 packs, i hit a wall! I was loosing it on the last two packs... Up to 26 packs however it was hard smak. The gobby 380 ate it all up - not a single issue. So this weekend all up there were 40 hard flights on the gobby 380. Everything is still running fine.
