Hey just getting my Fury 55 flying again, kitted it out with a vbar silverline nice upgrade from the old vbar.
Just looking for some fuel for it was wondering if anyone is using Powermaster Heli 30% fuel and how it goes?
Or what fuel are you using in your nitros?

    Cheers Rob

I have never used Powermaster myself, but I know a lot of guys who do. They all seem to like it, and I have never heard a complaint about it. I use Rotor Rage 30% in all of my nitro helicopters. I have tried Cool Power a few times too, but always find myself coming back to Rotor Rage.

There are 2 different colors, the blue is 30 and I think the 15 is purple. BTW, I run mine through a YS 91 and a YS 56, it's good gear

How long since you have started it @MickyD and were the bearings OK, a by product of burning nitro methane is nitric acid (which completely pokes bearings), do you use any after run or post run oil / additive to protect your bearings? - I know I should but I never do
I'd also be interested on what other nitro users do ?

When I decommissioned it I soaked the insides with WD 40. the bearings only had about 30 flights. Should be fine, if not I'll slap new internals in it.

what pipe are you using on the YS 56? I hear the funtech pipe for the OS55 is well suited?

Hatori pipe, not sure of the model (I got this of @Jeff_Bradley ). I also have a ys 60 which has an hatori pipe. I like hatori pipes, just the mounting system on 90's is a PITA, but they produce good power and they are are quiet.
