I have made some enquiries jeff as I am a full member at aff and have two casa airfields in which I am permitted to fly locally. Are you aware if they have a non maaa membership that allows flying?

Thats right manyc. Each time I go to sign up at mrchc tidy club I get a nonlfying option or full flying including maaa option. I am trying to avoid paying maaa twice.

 

Yeah I wouldn't want to pay insurance twice.. you don't get twice the coverage...

 

Yeah. Its all good I still enjoy coming along to watch people fly and have a chat. Such a variety of characters. The family loves coming along too.

 

You don't need to pay MAAA twice, though currently this option isn't available on Tidy Club. The treasurer can generate a specific invoice which will not include the MAAA fee, if you're keen on joining this can easily be arranged.

 

Hey Ben, I am an associate member I wanted to support the club as I enjoy just hanging out and bugging the guys there. If there is someway I can transfer that into a flying membership thatd be great.

Sorry I didn't realise...... and just realised the Tidy club website has been updated with additional memberships.
