Info Hobbyking Batteries... Take Note!

    If you buy a battery from hobby king and wish to return it you must have followed this procedure WITHIN 24 HOURS of receipt in order to claim warranty if the battery is faulty sometime after.

    There is a warranty sticker on the battery box found in various locations. With this number(s) enter them into the following section on the hobbyking website.


    Log In
    Go to https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/...litiesMenu.asp
    Select "Customer Service" tab, enter the code

      This depends which country your in.

      If your in Australia, and you buy from the Hobby King Australian warehouse, and the battery has a major fault, you have either the choice of a refund or replacement, its your choice.

      Its Australian consumer law

      If HobbyKing tell you otherwise, they are breaking the law, regardless of their silly jump through hoops read our fine print you can't find.
