    It looks like thunder tiger is selling the e550 as a kit form, and with a fuselage. So you can BYO servos, esc, engine, fbl.

      The e550 combo is dirt cheap. So I wonder how much the barebones kit would cost? From my experience, the frame is about 1/2 to 1/3 the total cost of a fully flying machine.

      I dont know if this has been released yet, but one thing that surprises me is that they released a combo before a barebones kit.

      How come? Wouldn't it be easier to just have a kit? You have less things the throw in the box.

      Or did they want to present a 3 blade head the consumer world ready to fly?

      I have to confess, the e550 with a 3 blade option is temping.

      I really want to mod the 3 blade 550 with the TT Hughes defender scale fuse that would be 1 mint scaley
