      Well, in Australia here it is, straight from the Australia Civil Aviation Safety Authority. I wonder if its clear, succinct, obvious, and full of common sense goodness.

      Do they have the same thing in the USA?

      It's mostly common sense. Unfortunately, common sense is becoming more and more uncommon.

      Wow... so that means I can actually fly my chopper so long as its 30M away from people, buildings, vehicles and boats?

      That Flyer leaves out another important rule;

      You must have the landowners permission to fly - thus you need council approval for anything bar your own private land or club area..

      However, I guess if you're in the middle of nowhere and sensible..... ;)
