Sheer luck that thing stuck to the pool ladder instead of becoming a submarine! I like the inverted blade smack on the water.

Yeah too true @Beaver. Still after a soaking of any sort the electronics are usually no good or unreliable. But it was a fun flight! Thanks for sharing @3dmick

Chlorine and electronics don't mix whether it get wet or is exposed to vapor......chlorine corrodes conductive metals and soldering. Any water is bad, but it does make for dramatic flight environment!

The things we do when we panic! when i decked my 380, i put it into the ground and hit throttle hold before hitting the deck. Then i clicked throttle hold back off again like a dh... and whats worse i paused in disbelieve as my gobby did the chicken dance

That was when my tail belt ejected... second time. I didn't mention this to anyone - too embarrassed.

fun stuff, like the few comments by the girl from where the vid was taken. Surprised I didn't see tic tocs of any kind. Ever see the Nick Maxwell one of him in his garage? Good control there. Electronics will be ok if you chase the water with air and wd40, just don't let it sit so something corrodes. There are water repelling products for electronics out there if you plan more such endeavors.

Yes, wd40 does work wonders. The only drawback it that it traps dust in it's residue.
