So there is a lot of info on the net about how to break in packs, Some maybe be correct some maybe wrong, With lipo's being a big investment i thought it would be an idea to find out the CORRECT way, So i emailed Optipower and got this response back ..

To break in charge fully fly to 50% light flying, charge, fly to 45% varied flying, charge and fly to 40% with some harder but not sustained flying. Charge and fly to 35% harder flying, charge fly to 30% harder flying, charge fly to 25% hard flying then charge and you are done. Do not go below 20%. NEVER keep packs fully charged either, Leave in flow condition or bring back to storage charge which is 38% capacity. Never fly packs if they are cold and cold is lower than 10C, warm them up first.

Thanks for that, it seems everyone has a 'different' way of breaking in packs. Storage at 38% is a new one for me, I always do about 50%

Thanks @The Dude - Six flights to break them in.. A gasser needs less LoL!

Thats what I did with my 6S packs in my 700. Not because I new this method - It was just my first 700 and I needed some flights to get harder on the sticks and I brought the packs to lower and lower capacity with every flight. Good to know!
