Today helicopters are pretty refined. We have many different helis and most of them are great if you assemble them right. For some reason however there is allways a cursed heli - one that crash heligod has touched for example.

So what heli have you owned that you could never get right. Which one has given you the least amount of enjoyment. Did you ever just give up on a heli?

That heli has not the power you expect after watching the promo trailers. If its windy your done with flying. Its more an indoor machine. Friend of mine has one. I flew it once. Its nothing. The 180cfx is better 200%.

Right... I read that one of the main problems with 130x was the tail servo. I think the 130x was a lesson in "what not to do" when HH designed the 180cfx.

I flew my 130x in wind no issue.. But I had the upgraded tail box and tail servo... Was a nice heli.. For me

After further investigation, that Tw250 looks to have shared rotor assy with Blade CP Pro...... no further explanation needed there.

There is an upgraded crown gear, I think its metal.

Although the parts quality was awesome, when it came to flying it, I just couldn't click with it like I did with a Mikado.

I really like flying it, and yes, a big design flaw (IMHO) was the metal pinion on a plastic crown gear (not even delrin). I am ordering the new crown and pinion (kasama.co.uk), both metal, should totally rock. Now I know more about engine tuning I think that blown motors through n00b tuning are a thing of the past. Should be in the air after Christmas
