Yes yes yes.... long story behind the package delivery and not dissimilar to your clone! but it was supposed to be delivered before christmas. It ended up being delivered to a different address (@Crash Heligod was probably the courier driver). This address was local to my area and was a youth 1/2way type house. That was the beginning of a rather long saga. I will detail how it all unfolded later on.

Given your experiences with your G380, the 420 just seemed like it would be a logical next-step. Somehow I couldn't see it being a 500/570. :D

Your right @Beaver. Reports from some pilots were: "its just too quick". Hearing this made my mouth water....and if its flight characteristics (the solid predictable smaky feel) is similar but faster? And all the components except the blades and boom and belt are the same? Im sold! The battery compartment in the 380 was hugely oversized for a reason - saab premeditated this i am sure. In reality it brings the heli closer to a 500 size - i mean align use 425mm for their 500. I cant wait to give this heli a run for its money. Now the question is... do i build it seperate to the 380 - the heli i have grown to love so much - or do i buy new electronics???

Sure.. Let me refer you back to our conversation last weekend... You may don't like how the larger helis fly.. Doesn't really suit you.. And you tend to break them in mid air.. Haha

      De
Definitely get separate electronics and run a new build.......... It's always good to have a back-up heli. I'm about to revive one of my old 450's for back-up as well.

One is always working to increase the fleet not decrease it.
