I had one 80A YEP on a 500MX fail, for no reason, in flight, but I still like them. Replaced it with a 100A YEP and no more problems, so far. I really like the new 90A and 120A LV versions, with the switchable 12A BEC.

      Nice heli, Dude. :)

Four of the guys I fly with use YEPs. There was a fifth but he had a failure and swore never again.

Ok, So still not finished..... But here it is so far. I have to re-mount the gyro correct as it's slightly off and tidy up antenna wires, I will feed them thru clear tube the same as is
used on rc cars for the antenna. One will run straight and one will angle down. then a bit of hot glue on the servo plugs going into the cgy750 unit.

Ok Maiden went well, no issues.. I really don't like the so called soft start on the yep 120, tends to kick the tail to the right kinda slowly, on a slow spool up.. Apart from that everything felt good, need to up the gains a bit , that's about it.. headspeed was medium for the maiden.. So all's well..

Yep I was a witness and it went well. It flew rock solid, even in the typhoon we are currently having.

Just did an upright and inverted hover and a few simple 8's, Feels like the 700's are very stable to fly.. I thought i would be a bit nervous , but i was not at all, did not even feel threatened in any way.

It's funny dude, i felt a bit nervous, but once it spooled up, All that went away, I could have fallen asleep i felt that relaxed, lol... Don't know if that's a good thing or not.. then again it was a low head speed, maybe only 1800.. so we will see..
