Well your at the Heli field and BANG, Crash HeliGod has his way. You walk over and find the damage is not to bad and remember that you have the parts on hand to repair your bent feather shaft and broken blades. So you use loctite on the feather shaft and you want to get out there and fly ASAP. How long should you wait for the Thread lock to dry before flying?.

Ideally 24 hours, in reality, as soon as you can put your tools down, pop in a pack and walk to the flight line

Pretty sure it activates with pressure. I wait 5 mins and they fly.

There are many theories regarding this topic. I was taught to wait until the glue has fully cured (about 24 hours) and it is good to go.
Myself, its one of those things if i need to use the hell minutes after to use, i don't worry about that. However, you would have to ask the question if that would affect the longevity of the cure?

It's an anaerobic cure so it cures when there is no air. The pressure doesn't cure it.

And it's not glue. It's a retaining compound
