    Just putting it out there for all the vendors. You the RC. Heli Community, what makes you come back to a RC Helicopter hobby shop time and time again? What are the most important things you look for? Come on, lets give our rc shop owners some useful feedback!

      For me, it`s customer care/service. If the staff are polite, courteous, and helpful, I will most definitely go back when I need something else. Our local hobby store (Graves RC Hobbies in Orlando, FL) is just such a store. The owners and staff really know their stuff, and are always eager to help solve any issue, no matter what. Plus, they do not treat their customers as just a customer. When you walk into Graves, you are family. That`s what keeps me coming back. :)
