Okay..... so after initial inspection, this is what I have found:
Canopy deformed from packing compression (not an issue)
Sent me the wrong version: I ordered CX450AE (FBL) and received instead, a CX450SE (FBL).... (not an issue)
Received flybar paddles and weights that I don't need on an FBL model (not an issue)
Missing 11t/13t motor pinions- That IS an issue!
I've already sent an inquiry to EHirobo about this, but who knows how that will take.
Meanwhile, I'll do what I can with the heli as far as building and setup.
I might get lucky and find some pinions at the LHS, but I'm not betting on it. I'll probably end up having to order some from Hobby Thing (King), which shouldn't take too long since they have a warehouse about 300Km from me.
All said and done, it's only a minor irritant. ;)

Even though I'm calling this a build thread, I won't go into too much detail due to the simple fact that there is nothing g new or innovative about this model, however, I will snap a few pics and touch on a few points as I go.
I have already gone as far as to go through the frame and head assembly to reapply blue thread-lock and retorque all screws to my liking. Having set grips to zero and leveled swash, I set all links to fall in line with their corresponding servo mount holes in the frame. I found that by lightly holding the AR pin in place and rotating the head, the swash will level itself after a few turns of the main shaft.
So far, I'm well satisfied with the quality control and assembly of the head and tail assemblies. They both have no slop and are smooth in movement with only the slightest amount of friction due to them being new.
I'll install the AR guide, double check the head setup, and on to the next step. :) IMG_20151219_203314054.jpg Oops, almost forgot the photo.

I'm working at it, but it's not getting off the ground till I get a motor pinion. Neither the kit, nor the motor came with any.

Just a bit of advice, make sure you run some sandpaper over the edges of the carbon frame to round them off a bit (if you haven't done so already) This prevents the wire insulation from being cut by the carbon. It has downed at least two of my helis in the past and i know many more people who have suffered the same.

I'll take that under advisement. I was just sitting here contemplating the wiring arrangement as a matter of fact. Most of the wiring will be parallel to flat surfaces and few if any will meet with a carbon or metal edge. I'm already used to looking out for such things from running wire around auto bodies and such.

Hmmmm I like what i see @Beaver! Very much so. Leave the frames alone, keep them sharp otherwise you might void your warranty!

Servos mounted, links set, tail boom set (yes, the tail rotor turns the right way).
Tomorrow I'll route the servo wires, set the Kbar and ESC, finish the tail accessories and servo, install skids, and configure servo setup in Kbar. I won't even be able to install motor and spool it up till I get a pinion.
      I'm calling it a night. IMG_20151220_010922039.jpg

I don't like this drive gear. I'll be upgrading it first chance I get!

You may have the nut that connects the main gear to the main shaft too tight, If the nut is too tight (and it's not very tight on a 450) the main gear distorts like the video you are showing, Just worth checking out

I didn't put very much torque on it, but I'll check it.....I'm pretty careful about torquing things. The retaining screw/nut is on bottom of gear set opposite side of main gear. I think I'll take it back off and check to see if gear is on hub correctly. It was already assembled in kit.

The gear is straight when laid on a flat surface. The flaring around the screw holes in the gear hub might be the culprit. I'll try dressing the surface and see if that helps. IMG_20151220_205426115_HDR.jpg

Dressing the hub did help some in straightening the run-out, but all said and done, its a cheaply molded gear and needs to be upgraded with Align or Lynx, or other higher quality gears.

After you attach the main gear to the one way , it's the bolt that goes through the oneway holder through the mainshaft that cannot be tight, it should be a nyloc nut

I went through all the hardware before I started, no nyloc nut that small. It's only a 2mm hole and the one nyloc nut in the kit was way bigger than 2mm. I used a black m2 x 12m hex key bolt and standard nut with thread-lock. It's barely snug tight on the gear. The gear looks as though it's set up for the same hardware I'm using. That's the bolt that will cause the main to run out if over tightened, good luck, and enjoy the build (I did this with a 450 trex - had a wobbly main through over tightening that bolt - easy fix)
