Hi Going to do my scale fuselage build line in here. Seems pretty easy enough.
Guess ill start at the end, thats a great place to start , i want to achieve as real to life as i can get. I have only achieved thus far with the help of many friends, now im going it alone.
Want it to look as follows:
I am now up to doing the rivets today, as that is quite a painfully slow process, but well worth the effort.
Its now up to this stage:
I took delivery of some scale items a couple of weeks back, including, scale instruments panel, windows, joystick yolks, fire extinguishers, as well as the rivets.
Ill post a pic up once all the rivets are complete.
I have also already taken it to the painter, but once there due to the cost, i brought it back to do the rivets, as that expense may as well kick in with greater effort once the rivets and other real to life pieces have been implemented.
Wiring looms are complete (thanks Pete) and lighting will go in after the paint is done, as will internals.
Considering moving it to an electric model, but just cant bring myself to do it based on how awesome the engine in the heli looks:
I also have to look at the retracts, as the finished weight will bear down on the springs too hard, so will add additional bracing and stronger springs.
