Lipo: Is It Safe?

    Hi All,

    After 3 + years I checked today my lipos, I have found one at 20 % and is slightly puff, I had storage charged all of them, and now should them be ok, I guess, but I worry about that one, high lighted, so what should I do?

      They look near new to me, I have seen lipos like sausages when people totally abuse them. Give those packs heaps

      No problem. My batteries usually end up looking like sumo wrestlers by the time they are done....

      I would run them through few charge cycles and see what the IR are and how much mah your putting in.. If those numbers look reasonable.. Go for it...

      For sport flying should be ok. I would watch the 4th cell.. Are these 5000 45c?
