Learn to Fly 3d RC Helicopters

Hello everyone. I've been here a few weeks, but neglected the intro. I'm in Oklahoma City, I've been flying for a little over a year now. I started on a Syma micro-chinook and have been progressively hooked ever since. Ive been through a few coaxial heli's, such as Syma S107G (CX w/mods), Syma S033G(w/mods, large problematic but durable coaxial that likes to burn-up its 380 main motors)..... well, after about 6 or 7 months I finally got bored with CX and bought a Blade 120SR (FP/FB) and flew it for a few months with reasonable success, tail booms, tail rotors, and main blades replaced...
I am but a learner, not far down the DARK path. I was lured into The Dark Side by a dubious year-long flirtation with some cheap coaxials, only to find them temporarily amusing. Further temptation found me in the form of demon-fixed-pitch Blade 120SR, but again, only temporarily amusing my hunger. After further studies of skilled masters and their larger and more capable CP minions, I found it's lack of responsiveness.... dusturbing. The force is weak with the flybar. Yet still, only a learner am I, but captured my own CP minion I did. Blade Nano CPx it is called.... small and nimble it...
Hi there,

After 187 flights this season with my 500 DFC Pro I have a notable play in the DFC head. The blade holders are playing up an down a bit. At the end of the blades it tots up to about 15 mm to 20 mm.

I know that I had no play as I have built the helicopter in April this year. Now there is maybe 0.5 mm space between the blade holders and the central head piece.

My question is if I have to put in some spacers? Or can I ignore this issue - because the heli feels good in the air? Doeas somebody know which spacers would fit if needed?

Thanks in advance,
