Question? Pre-flight During Flight Adrenalin/nerves. Who Gets It?

Well I have to admit, even though i have been flying for quite a few years now I still get nerves most time i fly. Not usually on take off but rather while flying, when i try something really fast/tricky and manage to make it work... my body asks my head - did you really just do that? Really? and my brain responds "yep i did" then i feel nervous but still fly. Funny thing is I like that feeling. Who else gets these weird feelings and stuff when you fly?
