    This video shows how the dampener adjustment of the CRS-Rotorhead works. The rotor-brake is mounted with 4 bolts to the center hub. While tightening the 4 bolts the o-rings get compressed and the hardness increase. There are two delrin sleeves slide in the hole that push against the o-rings. In this sample they used way softer o-rings to show the function.

      What a good idea! Tune the head to suit not only your flying style, but to also dial out the wear & tear (to a point) & extend the life of the dampers.
      Simple & effective.
