    Hi guys,
    Just thought I'd ask here for the best way you guys have found to sell your unwanted heli gear ?
    I have a lot surplus to requirement.Is this the biggest heli forum in Australia ???
    Do any shops offer consignment??
    Any other channels people have at selling their unwanted gear ?

      I tend to post items for sale on here and archeli... some hobby shops will sell things for customers.. There is also rctrader that is pretty popular.... but I don't know of any shops that are dedicated to it...

      As @feral said, once you make your add, cut and paste where every you want. This forum has a customer rating system similar to ebay so you can verify who is buying/selling and what their feedback is. Generally if you want to move stuff quick, put it on forums and you can expect to strike a deal very quickly if the price is right. If you want top dollar from my experience ebay is probably a better vehicle but buyer protection schemes can mean a noob will claim on good heligear and you might end up out of pocket...

      I have sold some stuff at events a few times. Once or twice through forum posts too though.

      Do ark heli shop in Melbourne do consignment and how much do they charge.

      Its arc heli (in no way related to arkheli the shop - you must remove the spaces). The only reason its filtered is to prevent negative comments from being referenced back and forth. Heligods is a new forum who not only do a dedicated rc heli forum but also run RC Heli comps/funflys as well . Many people visit both.

      Yes I understand it now.I thought my phone had changed with predictive so I then edited it.what is this other forum people are on about ?

      rctrader.com.au is the way to go.. and it's free

      RC gear devalues a LOT unfortunately - keep that in mind thou when selling..
      You could try ebay as well.

      Rc trader is all good. Have been on it the past few weeks, even this morning was ok. I'm after. good 2nd hand 450 at the moment.
