I like to parallel charge because i can have many batteries ready at once. However I know that its not good practice to do this and there are some chargers out there that allow you to charge many batteries at once but multiplex the actual charge cycle..... so what is the best multi- battery charge system out there that will allow me to safely charge say 10 - 12 packs?

I absolutely love my iCharger 4010 duo!!! 40A on each channel and tons of great features. Very consistent charge times and accurate balancing. I have a friend with the PL8. It's also a great charger, but most of my friends use iCharger duo series. I think either way would be a good choice, but if I had to do it again... I'd buy another 4010! ;)

I am the same, the 4010 duo is the bomb
You could charge 20 6s packs at 1c using 3 daisy chained http://www.buddyrc.com/paraboard-v3-xh-ec5.html on each channel (that's for the Chase, for a 5000 mAH pack you would be limited to probably 7 per side at once at 1c
