      Have you ever been in one @feral? Stunt flying looks to be the ultimate ride. I have only ever been in a souped up cesna and performed some neg G dives , tight turns ....

      I did ten years of road racing motor bikes then needed a hobby that when i crashed i could walk away without limping

      Thank heligod you took up rc helicopters @BeLoWseaLeVeL because if you crashed your bike as much as your helis dont think you would be here with us today....

      Scuba diving, spearfishing, underwater hockey. Started to learn to fly full size, but thought RC would be cheaper :)

      How did you find the "full size"? And underwater hockey? how does that work?

      I enjoyed the full size flying and, in some cases, wished I had made a career of it. I have approx 30 hours on various types from the Piper Cub to Cessna 402 and Beech baron twins.
      Underwater hockey consists of two teams with 10 players. it is played in a 1.8m deep pool and the goal is a 3m long trough at each side. 6 players in the water with 4 subs, 2 water refs and a poolside chief ref. The players wear masks, fins, snorkel, glove and use a short shaped stick to flick a 1.3kg puck into the goal. I played in the 1996 world championships where Aus beat SA in the men's final.

      Yes @simon the MMA dude wont be bending his arm for a while. I bruised his elbow really good! And @Stuart, no damage. A bit fuzzy driving to the hospital though.

      I used to be into extreme sport before helis - I could down a Cadbury's Family block in 15min - lol

      I'm boreing compared to you guys :(

      Dirt and sports bikes ,no competition. Body paying for it now ,,bloody Rheumatoid Arthritis got me now. Don't wish it on anyone

      Underwater Hockey! You learn something new everyday.

      My current favourite sport is snow skiing. I've been snowboarding and skiing off and on for about 30 years now, but I've gone to Japan for a week the last 3 years in a row. There is nothing quite like the feeling of skiing waist deep powder.

      Other than skiing, I've had about 25 motorbikes (dirt & road) and love to surf.

      In my early years I was a Platform Diver. Diving was pretty much all I did until I was 20.

      Meh ..I'm with you Johnny. .. model trains they are chipped allowing me to select each loco individually .. turning lights etc on and off + speed .. also points all wirelessly from my iphone boring ....
