DCC in model trains is very cool, I have played with n-scale and it rocks (not that i'd admit it to anyone outside this forum;))

So Rheumatoid Arthritis is the immune system turning against the body - quite different to normal arthritis... It is a absolute witch of a condition to fight. You try to get healthy by exercise which creates an immune response to attack the joints... infact any form of stress can trigger it. Sux..

My Brother in law has an incredible setup. A whole room dedicated to trains with multi layer. Looks very impressive, he makes alot of the landscapes himself. I will try to grab a picture or two.,.

I like the DCC, trains become like person commuters (nice joke there) with their own "IP address". You can have 6 trains (or more on the track) with only two wires to the track and control them individually, it's cool technology.

As for train setups, check this out - Those crazy Germans

I ride motorcycle. Nothing fancy just FZ6. Usually I do not push it hard but when I went first time to racetrack I wiped footrests.

I dive and it was more relaxing than adrenaline rushing, but it can be quite dangerous at 60m depth if something goes wrong.

I hope you use nitrox / trimix at 60 meters or you may not be posting on Heligods for much longer. 60 meters is 200 feet, beyond the (sensible) range of normal scuba

Bounce diving is never a good idea, do a trimix course if you want to go deep
I too have a PADI adv license, but I have also worked for diving and seen a lot of professional divers (including a mate who's a cat 3 cave diver) . It's a different league to PADI Adv.
Be safe mate, besides the best stuff is shallow anyway

It looks like a wickedly awesome dive, going through the arch looks like trimix territory for sure. I am envious of that dive. Good stuff. I also get happy at 130 feet... (it is fun)
