Huge scale model.... Flies well considering the size.
Ok... as well debated in other threads... I have upgraded the Quantum 4125-560 to a Xnova 4025-560... So here is a basic overview of my initial impression.
Motor itself feels like it is very high quality... the motor itself feels very solid, and the motor itself is a fair bit larger than the quantum...
Motor felt very chunky when spinning the motor by hand.. makes no difference to power, but was a surprise... anyway installation is as you would expect.. fairly easy... The recommended ESC settings are pretty wishy washy... just don't use outrunner.. and try these...

Anyone try the scorpion 50 (6 cell) in their x3?

After sharing thoughts with @feral, and seeing his flight videos...I have decided to go ahead and give Zeal rotor blades a shot. I ordered two sets of red 600mm mains and two sets of red 92mm tails from Heli Direct, which are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I am anxious to fly them, and compare them to Rail and other blades I have flown. I will post my thoughts about them very soon.

When installing the components, every part went together well. There were no issues with assembly. I especially like the removable side case on the tail assembly which allows you to easily change belts if you need to. I also like the smooth action on the pitch slider which ensured there was no binding at all throughout the entire throw of the lever arm.
